Biography

Global Business Development & Product Strategy Leader

I am a strategic leader who bridges the gap between complex engineering systems and commercial growth. With over 30 years of experience in industrial automation, my career has been defined by a unique progression from hands-on service engineering to high-level product and business development leadership.

My foundation was built during a rigorous five-year European-style apprenticeship, where I mastered the mechanical and electrical disciplines—including PCB fabrication, PLC programming, and precision machining—that remain the backbone of today’s industrial technologies. This technical pedigree allows me to translate complex architectures into clear business outcomes, such as reduced risk, increased uptime, and higher throughput.

Throughout my career, I have scaled organizations and portfolios from early-stage initiatives to global enterprise programs. My expertise spans:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Building and scaling OEM, system integrator, and technology partner programs that drive multi-region growth.

  • Product Leadership: Managing robotics portfolios valued at over $80M, with a focus on roadmap prioritization, pricing, and global enablement.

  • Commercial Execution: Leading teams responsible for $30M+ in annual revenue and driving 15% year-over-year growth through disciplined account planning and market displacement.

Whether stabilizing service operations during major integration periods or launching emerging robotics capabilities into new markets, my focus remains consistent: executing strategic roadmaps that deliver competitive advantage.

My commitment to excellence is grounded in a strong educational background:

  • M.Eng., Engineering Management (In Progress) | University of Colorado Boulder.

  • Strategic Leadership Program | Wisconsin School of Business.

  • HNC, Electrical/Electronic Engineering | Uxbridge Technical College.
